My Favorite Summer Recipe

As I have already made clear, I tend to eat dinner really late during the summertime due to my running schedule. That means, when I get home, I'm always looking for something fairly easy to make. Enter, my favorite summer recipe: roasted brussel sprouts. In my opinion, brussel sprouts don't get enough recognition! To me, they are so flavorful if cooked just right and they make a great meal or side dish.
Here is what you'll need:

1 lb of brussel sprouts, washed

2.5 tbsp of olive oil
desired amount of salt and pepper

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Mix all ingredients in a bowl
Spread evenly over a baking pan
Bake for 30 minutes

Looks so delicious, right? With a very minimal amount of ingredients needed and only four simple steps, this makes the perfect dinner for any summer night. Let me know if you try it!
